$1 per bundle will cover the replacement of damaged items in the bundle or full bundles that you do not receive due to lost or stolen shipments. Damaged products are items that cannot be used in the intended form. Damage to the AIA box or the product’s exterior packaging does not qualify for replacement. Please provide complete details and photos of all items in a bundle that have been damaged. Send this information with pictures to [email protected].
Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. At the discretion of AIA, we will ship replacement items or provide at least a credit of $5 per item for damaged items.
Lost or Stolen shipments – Customers are responsible for having accurate addresses on file by midnight on the last day of each month. Customers are responsible to ensure that the delivery location is secure so bundles can be received. Bundles that are shipped and have a verification from shipper of delivery, will be replaced. At the discretion of AIA, lost and stolen shipment for the same customer, multiple times, will not be offered insurance in the future.
